Pressure Washing

Yes, when performed correctly. We use soft-washing techniques (lower pressure with appropriate detergents) on painted wood siding, stucco, and older surfaces to clean effectively without causing damage. High pressure is reserved for concrete and other hard, durable materials.

Pressure washing combined with our degreasing pre-treatment can significantly reduce or fully remove fresh to moderately aged oil stains from concrete. Older, deeply set stains may lighten considerably but may not disappear completely — we will give you an honest assessment before starting.

Most pressure-washed surfaces are dry within 2–4 hours under normal weather conditions. We recommend not walking on freshly washed surfaces until fully dry, and waiting at least 24 hours before applying any sealer or paint to washed concrete or wood.

We use biodegradable, eco-friendly detergents formulated for specific surfaces — degreasers for driveways, mildewcides for siding, and all-purpose surfactants for general concrete. All solutions are safe for pets, children, and surrounding landscaping once rinsed.
