These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Glide Window Cleaning website at glidecleaners.com, including our landing pages, and to our text messaging program. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms don't cover the services we perform for you. For those, refer to your signed agreement (Section 2).

2. Your Service Agreement

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Changes to these terms do not change an agreement you have already signed.

9. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and give consent, Glide Window Cleaning may send you text messages. You can sign up on our text updates page. There are two separate types of messages, and you choose each one independently:

• Service and appointment messages — quotes, scheduling confirmations, technician arrival notices, service follow-ups, and billing notices.
• Promotional messages — seasonal offers, discounts, and reminders about recurring cleaning plans.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You may also contact us at office@glidecleaners.com to be removed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be at least 18 and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the number you provide.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
