1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Glide Window Cleaning website (glidecleaners.com) or scheduling any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Glide Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, AC vent cleaning, screen cleaning, and hard water removal services. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling vary by location.

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted upon on-site inspection if actual conditions differ from the original description.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Scheduling: Services are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Weather: We may reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions. You will be notified and rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. 7-Day Weather Guarantee

If rain, dust storms, or other weather events dirty your exterior windows within 7 days of a completed service, we will return and re-clean the affected exterior windows at no charge. This guarantee applies to every standard service visit and does not require a separate claim — simply contact us within the 7-day window.

5. Subscription Services

When you enroll in a subscription plan, you are entering into a recurring service agreement with Glide Window Cleaning. Services are performed at the frequency selected at the time of enrollment — options include monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, tri-annual, or bi-annual schedules.

  • Service Commitment. Each subscription represents a commitment to receive services at the agreed-upon schedule. Services may not be paused or skipped.
  • Cancellation. To cancel your subscription, you must submit a written request to hello@glidecleaners.com. Cancellations are not effective until confirmed by our team.
  • Promotional Discount Recovery. If you received any promotional discount or offer and cancel before fulfilling your service commitment, the full value of the promotional discount will be charged back to your payment method on file.
  • Pricing. Rates for ongoing visits are based on the standard pricing for your property at the time of enrollment. Promotional pricing applies to the initial service only.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods. Invoices for commercial accounts may have net-30 payment terms when pre-arranged.

7. Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas to be serviced. This includes:

  • Securing pets during interior service
  • Removing fragile or valuable items from window sills and surrounding areas
  • Ensuring gate access, alarm codes, or entry instructions are communicated before the scheduled visit

If our crew is unable to access the property or service area at the scheduled time, a trip charge may apply.

8. Damage and Liability

Glide Window Cleaning is fully insured. If our crew causes damage to your property during a service visit, we will work with you to repair or compensate for the damage. Please report any damage within 48 hours of the service visit.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions including failed window seals, cracked glass, deteriorated screens, or stains that have permanently etched into glass surfaces.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute website content without written permission

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of Glide Window Cleaning and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glide Window Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glide Window Cleaning, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services in violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
