Do Solar Panels Need Professional Cleaning, or Is DIY Fine?

A light rinse with plain water on ground-level panels is usually fine. Anything more, pressure, soap, a scrub brush, or a roof, is where DIY solar panel cleaning starts risking your warranty and your safety. Here's the honest line between the two.
